Collect as much money as you can and send it
back to us with the completed Application form!
We will return all forms that were handed in to us and
that survived the weather, in the next day or two,
either direct to you or to your Group Coordinator.
If you do not receive it back by the end of this week
(5 May), after checking with your Group Coordinator,
please assume it was lost and download another form
from this web site.
Please enter the number of laps you remember jogging.
Follow that procedure if you did not leave your form with us.
